Havas Premium Spirits Promotion

Havas Street is seeking experienced and certified Brand Ambassadors & Team Leads to represent premium spirits/liquor brands in El Paso, TX. This role involves engaging consumers and promoting high-end products effectively. Brand Ambassadors will earn $34/hour, while Team Leads will be compensated at $36/hour. A paid Zoom training session, lasting 2 hours at $34/hour, offers scheduling flexibility. The required uniform includes a black shirt, black skirt/slacks/dress, and black dress shoes. Event schedules are to be determined, with typical shifts on:

• Fridays: 4-7 pm, 5-8 pm
• Saturdays: 1-4 pm, 2-5 pm, 4-7 pm, or 5-8 pm

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Educate consumers on brand specifics and key messaging.
• Create an engaging and memorable atmosphere for consumers.
• Distribute samples in compliance with state laws.
• Drive product trial and encourage sales.
• Capture and submit event reports, data, and photographs.
• Address consumer inquiries comprehensively.

Team Lead Responsibilities (in addition to Brand Ambassador duties):

• Submit detailed recap reports and photos.
• Manage inventory and handle product purchases using a company card.
• Ensure seamless event execution and staff coordination.
• Communicate with the Client Manager and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Must have a table, tablecloth, and ice bucket.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience and certification to serve alcohol.
