Athletic Brand Event Backup Crew

We are seeking polished, energetic, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to join our on-site backup team for an exhilarating consumer event with a leading athletic brand. This is a customer-facing role where you will directly engage with guests, articulate brand messaging, facilitate product trialing, and support purchasing decisions.

As a Backup Crew Member, you are scheduled for a guaranteed shift and are required to be on-site, in uniform, and prepared to work. Should a core team member be absent, you will be activated to work the entirety of the event shift. This is not an on-call position; you are actively scheduled and must be available for extended hours if activated. You will rotate consistently through various positions, including front-of-house operations and backstage support as needed, ready to contribute wherever necessary.
