Role Overview

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that concession staff adhere to strict alcohol service policies. Key Responsibilities

Attend designated events and perform audits according to provided instructions.
Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages, ensuring vendors check identification and adhere to serving limits.
Utilize the Presto Shopper app to input evaluation data, using a unique Presto code.
Document detailed observations of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
Capture clear images of receipts for all purchases.
Complete all assigned evaluations unless hindered by stand closures.
Maintain discretion during all interactions and communicate any observed violations to the General Manager promptly.
Obtain approval and signature from the General Manager upon completing evaluations and be available for follow-up inquiries for up to 72 hours post-event.

Important Notes

The maximum purchase limit for assignments is $300, though reaching this amount is uncommon.
Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after assignments and must not initiate personal purchases outside the scope of the assignment.
Non-compliance with instructions may result in non-payment for services rendered.
Compliance auditor activities may be monitored via video surveillance to ensure adherence to guidelines.
