Job Overview

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor at HS Brands, you will play a vital role in ensuring that concession staff adhere to established alcohol service policies. Your duties will include performing controlled test purchases to verify compliance with ID verification and drink purchase limits. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to provide accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities

Attend assigned events and conduct audits at multiple points of sale as instructed.
Attempt to purchase beer to assess if vendors are checking IDs and adhering to serving limit standards.
Input evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
Document detailed observations regarding employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
Capture clear photos of receipts for all purchases made, including beer and transportation costs.
Complete all assigned evaluations unless unforeseen stand closures occur.
Maintain discretion in all interactions during the audits.
Report any observed violations immediately to the General Manager.
Conduct check-out with the General Manager and acquire signature approval for all completed evaluations.
Make yourself available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.

Special Notes

The maximum allowable purchase for testing during the assignment is $300, although reaching this amount is uncommon.
Consumption of alcohol before, during, or after the assignment is strictly prohibited.
Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are not allowed.
Non-compliance with instructions will result in non-payment.
Video surveillance may be utilized to ensure compliance with auditor activities.
