Position Overview
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that concession staff comply with all alcohol service policies. Your responsibilities will include verifying ID checks and adherence to drink purchase limits, effectively maintaining the integrity of alcohol service at assigned events.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale as per provided instructions.
- Attempt to purchase beer and assess if the vendor checks ID and complies with serving limit standards.
- Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
- Record detailed notes regarding employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
- Take clear photographs of all receipts related to purchases, including beer and associated transportation costs.
- Complete all assigned evaluations unless impacted by stand closures.
- Maintain discretion in all interactions and communicate any observed violations immediately to the General Manager.
- Check out with the General Manager, obtaining signature approval for all completed evaluations.
- Be available for up to 72 hours for any follow-up inquiries after the event.
Special Notes
- The maximum allowable purchase for evaluations is $300, though reaching this limit is uncommon.
- Participants must refrain from alcohol consumption before, during, and after the assignment.
- No guests should be brought, and personal purchases beyond the assignment are prohibited.
- Non-compliance with instructions may result in non-payment, and video surveillance may be utilized to confirm auditor activity.
