HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor.
This is a temporary position with expected dates from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st, located at 250 Beard-Eaves Court, Auburn, Alabama, 36849.
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff are adhering to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, documenting employee behavior and appearance in the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real time to management. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.
The compensation for this role is $90 for 10 stands completed, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. Each audit is expected to take approximately 1-2 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend the assigned event and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
- Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendor checks for ID and adheres to serving limit standards.
- Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
- Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
- Take clear photos of receipts for all purchases, including beer and parking/transportation.
- Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
- Maintain discretion in all interactions.
- Immediately communicate any observed violations with the General Manager.
- Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
- Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

- A photo upload of your ID is required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy in reporting.
- Strong attention to detail.
Special Notes:
- The maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
