The compensation for this evaluation is $60, which will be paid within three days of assignment acceptance. The estimated duration for this role is approximately one hour, encompassing both the in-person visit and the subsequent evaluation.

As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will be assessing the overall customer experience within fitness clubs, focusing on critical aspects such as customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality. Responsibilities include evaluating both the exterior and interior of the club, specifically examining workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment for cleanliness and organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering comprehensive information regarding membership options presented during your visit.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Must not possess a current membership with Planet Fitness.
    • Download the fitness application and secure a day pass prior to your scheduled visit.
    • Arrive in appropriate workout attire (actual workout is not required, but appearance should suggest readiness to exercise).
    • Spend a minimum of 20 minutes within the club premises.
    • Evaluate and report on customer service interactions.
    • Assess the cleanliness and organization of all workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
    • Verify the condition and maintenance of all workout equipment.
    • Collect all provided membership information during your tour.
    • Thoroughly review all guidelines and the shop report in advance of your visit to ensure comprehensive observation and reporting.
