Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for an Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluation. This role involves assessing customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance at an assigned service center while receiving a necessary oil change. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the Brand's website to evaluate service offerings.
  • Contact the location to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about oil change pricing.
  • Visit the assigned service center to receive the required oil change.
  • During your visit, evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms.
  • Capture required photos as per provided guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Must own a vehicle that genuinely requires an oil change.
  • Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are not permitted for this evaluation.

Special Notes:

  • Infants, small children, or pets are not permitted during the evaluation visit.
