Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for an Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluation. This role involves assessing customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance at an assigned service center while receiving a necessary oil change. Your insights will help maintain high-quality service across our brand network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the Brand's website to evaluate service offerings.
- Contact the location to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about oil change pricing.
- Visit the assigned service center to receive the required oil change.
- During your visit, evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms.
- Capture required photos as per provided guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must own a vehicle that genuinely requires an oil change.
- Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are not permitted for this evaluation.
Special Notes:
- Infants, small children, or pets are not permitted during the evaluation visit.
