HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This temporary position will run from Wednesday, December 10, to Wednesday, December 31.

The compensation for this role is $75 for 5 audits, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking and rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt.

This audit role has an approximate duration of 1-2 hours. Candidates must be between 21 and 28 years of age, and a photo upload of a valid ID is required.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This involves conducting controlled test purchases, documenting employee behavior and appearance using the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This role demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale per provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendor ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts, including alcoholic beverages and transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Auditors must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
