Job Title: Alcohol Compliance Auditor
Compensation:
* 5 Audits = $75 (Payment issued 2 weeks after successful project completion)
* Parking/Rideshare: Reimbursed up to $25 with valid receipt
Project Duration:
* Approximately 1-2 Hours per audit
Job Overview:
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance within the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
* Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendors check ID and adhere to serving limit standards.
* Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
* Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including: name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
* Take clear photos of all receipts for purchases, including beer and parking/transportation.
* Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
* Maintain discretion in all interactions.
* Communicate immediately with the General Manager regarding any observed violations.
* Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
* Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.
Requirements:
* Age: 21 – 28 years of age
* Photo upload of ID is required
Special Notes:
* The maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
* Must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
* Must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
* Dates: Wednesday, December 10th - Wednesday, December 31st
