HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This temporary position will run from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st. The auditor's primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff comply with alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits.

Compensation: Auditors will receive $75 for 5 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. The estimated duration for this role is approximately 1-2 hours per assignment.

Requirements: Applicants must be 21–28 years of age. A photo upload of a valid ID is required.

Job Overview: This role involves conducting controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance using the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting are crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages to verify if vendors check ID and adhere to serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes regarding employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts for purchases, specifically including beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for an assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Auditors must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
