Waku Tea Sampling Promotion

Waku Tea is searching for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Field Marketing Team in Boston, MA. This role is crucial for maximizing our brand's visibility and engaging directly with customers.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will successfully execute 4-6 in-store product demonstrations and couponing events per week, primarily in Whole Foods. All necessary materials, including marketing collateral, coupons, cups, and 4-pack samples, will be provided. You will represent Waku, a prebiotic iced tea that is refreshing, delicious, has no added sugar, and is rich in prebiotic fiber.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully execute in-store product demonstrations and couponing events, maximizing brand visibility with each interaction.
• Educate and enlighten customers, retailers, and distributors about Waku Tea products, fostering deeper connections and understanding.
• Ensure thorough reporting after each demonstration and couponing event, providing valuable insights to the team.

Requirements:

• Prior Brand Ambassador experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
• Willingness to travel to assigned retail stores.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• An enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Committed and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to lift cases of product and other brand materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt communication styles based on the audience.
• Enthusiasm for and comfort working in an early-stage company, demonstrating agility in a dynamic environment.
• Personal transportation is required.
• Must fully speak and understand English.
