HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia. This temporary position will run from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.

Compensation: You will earn $90 for every 10 audits completed. Payments are issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking and rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary role is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies by verifying IDs and enforcing drink purchase limits. This involves conducting controlled test purchases, documenting staff behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and precise reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Attending assigned events and performing audits at various points of sale as instructed.
• Attempting to purchase beer to verify ID checks and compliance with serving limits.
• Entering evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Recording detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other distinguishing features.
• Capturing clear photos of all receipts for purchases, including beer and transportation.
• Completing all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintaining discretion in all interactions.
• Communicating immediately with the General Manager regarding any observed violations.
• Checking out with the General Manager and securing signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Being available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.

Requirements: Applicants must be 21–28 years of age, and a photo upload of your ID is required. The estimated duration for each audit is 1–2 hours.

• The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is uncommon.
• Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are prohibited.
