This temporary role runs from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st. The compensation is $90 for 10 audits performed, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking and rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. Each audit takes approximately 1-2 hours.
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits, through controlled test purchases. This role requires meticulous documentation of employee behavior and appearance using the Presto Shopper app, and real-time reporting of any violations to management. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending assigned events and conducting audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
- Attempting to purchase beer to verify ID checks and compliance with serving limit standards.
- Entering evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
- Recording detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
- Taking clear photos of all receipts, including those for beer, parking, and transportation.
- Completing all assigned evaluations, contingent on stand availability.
- Maintaining discretion in all interactions.
- Immediately communicating any observed violations to the General Manager.
- Checking out with the General Manager and obtaining signature approval for all completed evaluations.
- Being available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.
