About This Role
Oxford Marketing is seeking experienced Brand Ambassadors and conference staff to support the Grace Hopper Conference at the McCormick Center from November 3rd - 7th.
We are also looking for experienced candidates for Assistant Team Lead positions, paying $32/hour. Assistant Team Leads may be required for an on-site training on November 2nd, 2025.
We are seeking staff for the following roles:
- Registration (Monday - Friday)
- Badge Scanners (Tuesday - Friday or Wednesday - Friday)
- Directionals (Tuesday - Friday)
- Ancillary Staff (Tuesday - Friday)
- Food and Beverage Directionals (Tuesday - Friday)
All staff will be required to attend a virtual training session in October. Dates and times for this training are TBD.
Requirements
- • Must have team lead experience.
- • Must upload W9, resume, and independent contractor agreement to Staff Connect.
Responsibilities
- • Staff the Grace Hopper Conference.
- • Attend a virtual training session in October.
- • Potentially attend an on-site training on November 2nd, 2025 (Assistant TLs only).
