Paw Patrol Walmart Activation

Oxford Marketing is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for a Paw Patrol Activation at Walmart in the Dallas, TX area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a children's event, assisting with setup, activation, and breakdown.

Event Dates and Locations:

• Friday, October 17 – 1200 N Highway 77, Waxahachie, TX
• Saturday, October 18 – 7401 I-30 Frontage Road, Greenville, TX
• Sunday, October 19 – 500 Richland Blvd, Prosper, TX

We are looking for:

• One (1) Lead Labor/Brand Ambassador
• One (1) Labor/Brand Ambassador Staff

Compensation:

• Lead Labor/Brand Ambassador Rate: $35 per hour
• Labor/Brand Ambassador Rate: $32 per hour

Shift Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will assist the Tour Manager with the onsite setup of the activation, which includes comfortable use of ladders and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. After setup, you will transition to a Brand Ambassador role during the activation. Following the event, you will again assist with the breakdown of the 10’x20’ truss structure.

Event Highlights:

The activation will feature three play tables, two photo opportunities, a bean bag throwing game, and a special PAW character photo op in front of a real-life fire truck.

Important Requirements:

All staff members must pass a background check, which will be conducted and covered by the client. It is a mandatory requirement for this children-focused event. If you are aware of anything on your background report that may prevent you from passing, please do not apply.
