HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Chicago, Illinois.

This role offers $75 for 5 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking and rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. The estimated duration for this audit is 1-2 hours.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your main responsibility will be to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This involves making controlled test purchases, documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real time. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale per provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts, including those for beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless stands are closed.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.

Requirements:

• Must be 21–28 years of age.
• Photo upload of ID is required.
• Maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though this limit is rarely reached.
• Must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
