BeatBox Beverage Sampling Event

Join the BeatBox BEATS (Brand Engagement Activation Team) as an internal Brand Ambassador for BeatBox Beverages. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging consumers, providing samples, and promoting brand awareness at various promotional events.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive to and from event locations, adhering to scheduled times.
• Obtain, pour, and distribute samples of BeatBox Beverages.
• Interact enthusiastically with patrons, offering samples, educating them about the brand, encouraging product sales, and gathering valuable feedback.
• Distribute branded merchandise (swag items) to customers who complete a QR code survey.
• Capture engaging photos of customers enjoying samples and swag.
• Complete a detailed event recap within 24 hours of each event.
• Represent BeatBox as an outgoing, excited, and professional brand ambassador at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance brand awareness, and drive product purchases.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a valid alcohol license.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have the ability to drive to event locations.
• Availability for shifts listed.
• Previous brand ambassador and/or hospitality experience is preferred.

Schedule:

• Time: Approximately 4-8:30 PM (2 hours at each location with 30 minutes of paid drive time between accounts).
• Dates: Flexible – You pick your shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout January.

• Group 2: 11363 Montgomery Rd – N Cincinnati; 4550 Glendale Milford Rd – Kenwood
• Group 3: 7714 Montgomery Rd – Kenwood; 7741 Beechmont Ave – Anderson
• Group 4: 200 Calhoun St – UC; 3660 Stone Creek Blvd – Colerain
• Group 5: 4801 N Arbor Woods Ct – Cincy west; 200 Biggs Blvd – Harrison

Compensation:

• Pay: $30/hour – Paid weekly.

Uniform:

• Black athletic pants, white tennis shoes. A BeatBox T-shirt will be provided.
