BeatBox Beverage Sampling Activation

BeatBox BEATs (Brand Engagement Activation Team) members are vital internal brand ambassadors for BeatBox Beverages. This role involves educating consumers and providing samples during promotional events. BEATS members typically work 4-15 hours per week conducting promotional demonstrations at bars, liquor stores, grocery, and convenience stores. Open availability on weekends is required, as most promotional demos take place Thursday-Sunday. There will also be opportunities to work local events and music festivals as available.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will drive to local promotional events in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas, including a storage unit as needed. Your responsibilities include setting up and tearing down tasting booths with a table, swag, and display pieces. Larger events may require pop-up tent setup. You will work assigned promotional shifts at off-premise, on-premise locations, and local events. Engaging with customers, providing brand education, and encouraging sales are key. You'll distribute swag and samples, assist customers with QR code surveys, take consumer photos, and gather feedback. Completing event recaps and uploading photos within 24 hours of each event is essential. We are looking for an outgoing, excited, and professional representative of BeatBox at all events who can effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.

Key qualifications include being 21 years of age or older and possessing or being willing to obtain an alcohol license in a timely manner. You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Weekend availability is a must. You should possess a sampling table, tablecloth, and ice bucket, along with the ability to expense sample product for reimbursement. The ability to store and transport sampling assets, such as swag, cups, and display pieces, is also required. Previous brand ambassador and/or hospitality experience is preferred. This role offers ongoing, flexible dates in on/off-premise accounts in the Inland Empire area, with an hourly pay rate of $30/hr. The uniform consists of black athletic pants/shorts/skirt, tennis shoes, and a provided branded T-shirt. This position requires an Alcohol - Certified Driver's License for in-store demonstrations.
