BeatBox Tahoe Live Activation

BeatBox Beverages is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to join our BEATS (Brand Engagement Activation Team) for Tahoe Live at Palisades Tahoe. This is an exciting opportunity to represent an innovative beverage brand at a high-energy outdoor event.

As a key member of our promotional team, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for consumers and driving brand awareness. BeatBox Beverages, born in Austin, TX, is known for authentically connecting with diverse lifestyles through cutting-edge products.

Event Details:
Event: Tahoe Live
Dates:
December 12th: 2pm-9pm
December 13th: 2pm-9pm
December 14th: 2pm-9pm
(Shift times are subject to change based on event needs.)

Responsibilities:

• Work assigned shifts diligently.
• Assist with minimal setup, tear down, and restocking of activation areas.
• Set up and operate tasting booths, engaging consumers with our products.
• Submit required post-event reports and information to your Field Marketing Specialist (FMS).
• Be an outgoing, enthusiastic, and professional representative of BeatBox at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance brand awareness, and drive product purchases.
• Educate consumers on BeatBox products and unique brand story.
• Host the QR code booth, guiding consumers to receive swag and participate in activities.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid alcohol license.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have the ability to drive.
• Full availability for the entire event.
• Ability to work long hours standing, often in cold outdoor conditions.
• Previous experience as a brand ambassador, at festivals, and/or in hospitality is preferred.

This is a contract position. BeatBox BEATS are the internal brand ambassadors responsible for all promotional materials and events for BeatBox Beverages, dedicated to educating and engaging with consumers.
