HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor to join our team in Clemson, South Carolina. This temporary position will run from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.

Compensation for this role is $90 for 10 audits completed, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking and rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves conducting controlled test purchases, documenting employee behavior and appearance in the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting skills. Each audit is expected to take approximately 1-2 hours to complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages to verify if vendors check IDs and comply with serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes regarding employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts for purchases, including alcoholic beverages and transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Requirements:

• Must be between 21 and 28 years of age.
• Photo upload of ID is required.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Auditors must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
