About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a Fitness Club Evaluator position. This role involves assessing the customer experience at various fitness clubs, focusing on customer service, cleanliness, and equipment.
Location: Varies
Compensation: $40 with a $20 bonus. Payment will be received 3 days after the assignment is accepted.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour, including the in-person visit and evaluation.
As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will be responsible for evaluating both the exterior and interior cleanliness of each club, encompassing workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. You will also gather information regarding membership options presented during your visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass before your visit.
- Arrive in appropriate workout attire (a workout is not required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
- Evaluate customer service interactions.
- Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verify the condition and maintenance of workout equipment.
- Collect membership information provided during the tour.
- Thoroughly review all guidelines and the shop report prior to your visit to ensure all required observations can be made.
Special Notes:
- Evaluators must not bring guests.
- Failure to follow instructions will result in non-payment.
- Video surveillance may be used to verify activity.
