Overview
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor with HS Brands, your primary objective is to verify that concession staff adhere to essential alcohol service policies. This includes verifying customer IDs and ensuring compliance with drink purchase limits while conducting discreet audits at various points of sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend assigned events and perform audits as per the provided instructions.
- Execute controlled test purchases of alcoholic beverages and assess whether vendors follow ID verification and serving limit protocols.
- Document evaluation data in the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code assigned to you.
- Take detailed notes on employee appearance, including names, clothing, race, height, and other identifying features.
- Capture clear photographic evidence of receipts for all purchases, including beer and related transportation costs.
- Complete all evaluations unless hindered by stand closures, maintaining discretion at all times.
- Immediately report any violations to the General Manager.
- Check out with the General Manager, obtaining signature approval for completed evaluations.
- Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.
Special Notes
- The maximum allowable purchase for assignments is $300, although reaching this limit is uncommon.
- No alcohol consumption before, during, or after the assignment is permitted.
- Guests are not allowed, nor should personal purchases be attempted beyond assignment requirements.
- Non-compliance with instructions may result in non-payment.
- Video surveillance may be used to verify the activities of auditors.
