About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Coralville, Iowa. This is a temporary position with assignments scheduled from Wednesday, December 10th, to Wednesday, December 31st.
As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attend assigned event and conduct audits at different points of sale per instructions provided.
- Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendor ID checks and serving limit compliance.
- Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
- Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
- Take clear photos of receipts for all purchases, including beer and parking/transportation.
- Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
- Maintain discretion in all interactions.
- Communicate immediately with the General Manager regarding any observed violations.
- Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
- Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.
This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting. Auditors will make controlled test purchases, document employee behavior and appearance in the Presto Shopper app, and report any violations in real time to management.
Compensation: 10 audits = $90 (payment issued 2 weeks after project successfully completed). Parking/Rideshare reimbursement up to $25 with valid receipt. The approximate duration for each assignment is 1-2 hours.
