Private Classical Concert Assistant

We are seeking an Event Production Assistant to join our team for a classical/jazz concert series. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Checking guests in and validating tickets using Fever's QR code system.
• Setting up seating arrangements and directing guests to their assigned zoned seating.
• Assisting with event setup, including the assembly and disassembly of LED flameless candles for Candlelight Concerts.
• Distributing programs to guests.
• Directing guests to restroom facilities.
• Managing the flow of guests entering and exiting the venue.
• Serving as the primary customer service contact for all guests.
• Delivering opening and closing remarks.
• Upholding and enforcing safety protocols, including those related to coronavirus.
• Loading and unloading trucks and returning supplies at the end of the night.

Please note: All staff must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation to the venue. Shift times are subject to change.
