About This Role

We are seeking an attentive and organized Event Production Assistant to support our classical/jazz concert series. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual capable of ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking guests in and validating tickets using Fever's QR code system.
  • Setting up seating arrangements and directing guests to their assigned zoned seating.
  • Assisting with event setup, including the assembly and disassembly of LED flameless candles for Candlelight Concerts.
  • Distributing programs to guests upon arrival.
  • Directing guests to restroom facilities.
  • Managing the flow of guests into and out of the venue efficiently.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries and customer service needs.
  • Delivering opening and closing remarks as required.
  • Upholding and enforcing all safety protocols, including those related to coronavirus.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring the return of all supplies at the end of the night.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
