Candlelight Concert Event Assistance

We are seeking an attentive and energetic Event Production Assistant to join our team for a classical/jazz concert series by candlelight. This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth execution of our events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Checking guests in and validating tickets using Fever's QR code system.
• Setting up seating arrangements and directing guests to their assigned zoned seating.
• Assisting with event setup, including the assembly and disassembly of LED flameless candles for Candlelight Concerts.
• Distributing programs to guests upon arrival.
• Directing guests to facilities such as restrooms.
• Managing the flow of guests entering and exiting the venue.
• Serving as the primary customer service contact, addressing guest inquiries and needs.
• Delivering opening and closing remarks for each event.
• Upholding and enforcing Fever Safety Protocols, especially those related to coronavirus.
• Loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring the return of supplies at the end of the night.

Please note: All staff must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation to the venue. Shift times are subject to change based on event schedules.
