This position involves assessing the customer experience at various fitness clubs, with a focus on customer service, facility cleanliness, and equipment condition. Evaluators will be responsible for meticulously examining both the exterior and interior of the club, including all workout areas, locker rooms, and fitness equipment. A key aspect of this role is to gather comprehensive information regarding membership options presented during the visit.

This evaluation assignment offers $40 with a $20 bonus, with payment disbursed 3 days after assignment acceptance. The estimated duration for each evaluation, including the in-person visit and subsequent assessment, is approximately 1 hour.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Downloading the club's fitness app and securing a day pass prior to the scheduled visit.
  • Arriving in appropriate workout attire, giving the appearance of being ready to exercise (an actual workout is not required).
  • Spending a minimum of 20 minutes within the club premises.
  • Evaluating all aspects of customer service interactions.
  • Assessing the cleanliness and organization of all workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Verifying the maintenance and overall condition of all workout equipment.
  • Collecting detailed information on membership options provided during the club tour.
  • Thoroughly reviewing all guidelines and the provided shop report before the visit to ensure all required observations are met.
