About This Role

HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented Fitness Club Evaluator to assess customer experience at various fitness clubs. This role focuses on evaluating customer service, club cleanliness, and equipment functionality.

This is a temporary assignment with an estimated duration of approximately 1 hour, which includes both the in-person visit and the evaluation process. The compensation for this evaluation is $40, with an additional $20 bonus. Payment will be received 3 days after the assignment is accepted.

The evaluation period is from Wednesday, December 10, to Wednesday, December 31.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to your visit.
  • Arrive dressed in workout attire to appear ready for exercise (a workout is not required).
  • Spend a minimum of 20 minutes inside the club.
  • Evaluate customer service interactions during your visit.
  • Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Verify the maintenance and condition of all workout equipment.
  • Collect information on membership options provided during the club tour.
  • Carefully review all provided guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure all required observations are made.

Special Notes:

  • Evaluators must not bring guests to the club.
  • Failure to follow instructions will result in non-payment.
  • Video surveillance may be used to verify activity during the evaluation.
