HS Brands Global is seeking an evaluator for an Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluation.
Location: 6247 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, Maryland, 21075
Project Dates: Thursday, December 4th - Thursday, December 25th
Compensation: Total Pay: $20 (includes $80 oil change reimbursement)
Estimated Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours (includes the in-person visit and report submission)
Job Overview: Evaluate customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance at an assigned service center while receiving a necessary oil change. This role focuses on assessing overall service quality from a customer perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit the Brand's website to research service offerings.
- Contact the location to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about oil change pricing.
- Visit the assigned location and receive the required oil change.
- Observe and evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting room and restrooms throughout the duration of the oil change.
- Capture all required photos as specified in the guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must own a car that genuinely requires an oil change.
- Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are NOT permitted for this evaluation.
Special Notes:
- Do not bring infants, small children, or pets to the evaluation.
