HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

Posted: Wednesday, December 10 to Wednesday, December 31 Location: HS Brands Global, 542 North Williamson Avenue, Elon, North Carolina, 27244 Job Title: Alcohol Compliance Auditor As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits, at assigned events. This role involves conducting controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting. Compensation: $75 for 5 stands. Payment will be issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/Rideshare: Reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. Duration: Approximately 1-2 hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendor compliance with ID checks and serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts for purchases, specifically beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Requirements:

• Must be between 21 and 28 years of age.
• A photo upload of your ID is required.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300; however, reaching this limit is rare.
• Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are prohibited.
