About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented individual for the position of Fitness Club Evaluator. This role involves assessing the customer experience at various fitness clubs, focusing on critical aspects such as customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
Location: Varies
Compensation: $40, with an additional $20 bonus. Payment will be processed 3 days after assignment acceptance.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour, including both the on-site visit and the evaluation process.
As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will be responsible for a thorough assessment of both the exterior and interior of fitness clubs. This includes scrutinizing the cleanliness of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment. A key part of the role involves gathering comprehensive information about membership options presented during your visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download the designated fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to your scheduled visit.
- Arrive at the club dressed in appropriate workout attire. While a workout is not required, you must appear prepared to exercise.
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes inside the club.
- Evaluate customer service interactions encountered during your visit.
- Assess the cleanliness and organization of all workout areas, locker rooms, and fitness equipment.
- Verify the maintenance and overall condition of all workout equipment.
- Collect detailed membership information provided during the club tour.
- Carefully review all guidelines and the provided shop report before your visit to ensure all required observations are made.
Special Notes:
- Evaluators must not bring guests to the club.
- Failure to adhere to instructions will result in non-payment.
- Video surveillance may be utilized to verify activity.
