HS Brands Global is seeking highly detail-oriented individuals to play a crucial role in evaluating the customer experience at various fitness clubs. This position focuses on assessing critical aspects such as customer service, overall cleanliness, and the condition of fitness equipment.
Evaluators will be responsible for meticulously assessing both the exterior and interior cleanliness of the clubs, encompassing workout areas, locker rooms, and all equipment. A key part of this role involves gathering comprehensive information regarding membership options presented during the visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download the designated fitness application and secure a day pass prior to your scheduled visit.
- Arrive dressed in appropriate workout attire. (A physical workout is not required; however, you must present yourself as ready to exercise.)
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes within the fitness club premises.
- Thoroughly evaluate all customer service interactions.
- Assess the cleanliness, organization, and tidiness of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verify the maintenance status and operational condition of all workout equipment.
- Collect and document all membership information provided to you during your tour.
- Carefully review all provided guidelines and the shop report in advance of your visit to ensure complete preparedness for all required observations.
Special Notes:
- Evaluators must not bring guests to the club.
- Failure to adhere to instructions will regrettably result in non-payment for the assignment.
- Please be aware that video surveillance may be utilized to verify activity during your evaluation.
