HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This temporary role runs from Wednesday, December 10th, to Wednesday, December 31st and offers an excellent opportunity to ensure responsible alcohol service.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, you will conduct controlled test purchases to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate real-time reporting of any violations to management.

Compensation for this assignment is $90 for 10 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. The estimated duration for this role is approximately 1-2 hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Attending assigned events and conducting audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempting to purchase beer to verify vendor ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
• Entering evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Recording detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Taking clear photos of all receipts, including beer purchases and parking/transportation.
• Completing all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintaining discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicating any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Checking out with the General Manager and obtaining signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Being available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Important requirements for this position:

• Must be between 21 and 28 years of age. A photo upload of your ID is required.
• The maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• You must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• You must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
