This evaluation project runs from Thursday, December 4th, to Thursday, December 25th.
The total compensation for this role is $20, plus an $80 reimbursement for the oil change. The estimated duration for this task, including the on-site visit and report submission, is approximately 1.5 hours.
You will be responsible for evaluating the customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance of an assigned service center while receiving a required oil change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing the Brand's website to understand their service offerings.
- Contacting the service center to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about oil change pricing.
- Visiting the assigned location to receive the necessary oil change.
- Observing and evaluating staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms throughout your visit.
- Capturing required photos as outlined in the provided guidelines.
Important requirements: You must own a car that genuinely needs an oil change. Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are strictly not permitted for this evaluation.
