HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor for HS Brands, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, thoroughly documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position demands a strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages to verify vendor compliance with ID verification and serving limit standards.
• Input evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
• Capture clear photographs of all receipts for purchases, encompassing both alcoholic beverages and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Communicate immediately with the General Manager regarding any observed violations.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Auditors must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
• Failure to follow instructions will result in non-payment.
• Video surveillance may be used to verify alcohol compliance auditor activity.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
