Waku Tea Sampling Promotion

We're seeking an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Field Marketing Team in Hadley, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in executing 4-6 sampling events per week in Whole Foods, significantly enhancing our brand's visibility and engaging directly with potential customers. We provide all necessary materials, including marketing collateral, coupons, cups, and 4-pack samples.

About Waku Tea: Waku offers a refreshing and delicious prebiotic iced tea, distinguished by its zero added sugar and beneficial prebiotic fiber content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully execute in-store product demonstrations and couponing events, maximizing brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about Waku Tea products, fostering deeper connections and understanding.
• Ensure thorough reporting after each event, providing valuable insights and feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
• Willingness to travel to assigned retail stores.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Committed and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to lift cases of product and other brand materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt communication styles for various audiences.
• Enthusiasm for and comfort working in an early-stage company, demonstrating agility in a dynamic environment.
• Personal, fully functional transportation is required.
• Must speak and understand English fluently.
• This role reports to the Brand Ambassador Manager.
