HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Arbutus, Maryland. This temporary position runs from Wednesday, December 10th, to Wednesday, December 31st, at 5001 Washington Boulevard, 21227.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary role is to ensure concession staff comply with proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This involves conducting controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance using the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position demands strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale, following provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify vendor ID checks and adherence to serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
• Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Capture clear photographs of all receipts, including beer purchases and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Compensation for this role is $75 for 5 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. The estimated duration for this role is approximately 1-2 hours per assignment.

Requirements for this position include being 21–28 years of age, and a photo upload of your ID is mandatory.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is uncommon.
• Auditors must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Auditors must not bring guests or attempt personal purchases beyond assignment requirements.
