HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global M.K. Turk Circle, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39401 This contract position for an Alcohol Compliance Auditor is available from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st. The compensation is $90 for 10 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking and rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. This role requires candidates to be between 21 and 28 years of age, and a photo upload of your ID is mandatory. The estimated duration for each audit is approximately 1-2 hours. As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits at assigned events. This involves conducting controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance within the Presto Shopper app, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This role demands strong attention to detail, a high degree of professionalism, and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer and verify that vendors check ID and comply with serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
• Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
• Capture clear photos of all receipts for purchases, including beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations with the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

• The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is uncommon.
• You must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are strictly prohibited.
