About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a Fitness Club Evaluation role. This temporary position is located at 95 Mathews Drive, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, 29926, with evaluations taking place between Tuesday, December 2nd and Thursday, December 25th.
The compensation for this evaluation is $60, with payment received 3 days after the assignment is accepted. The estimated duration for each evaluation, including the in-person visit and assessment, is approximately 1 hour.
As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will assess the customer experience at fitness clubs, focusing on critical aspects such as customer service, cleanliness, and equipment condition. Your responsibilities include evaluating both the exterior and interior cleanliness of the club, including workout areas, locker rooms, and fitness equipment. You will also be responsible for gathering information about the various membership options offered during your visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must not be a current member with Planet Fitness.
- Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to the visit.
- Arrive dressed in workout attire (a workout is NOT required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
- Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
- Evaluate customer service interactions.
- Assess the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verify the maintenance and condition of workout equipment.
- Collect membership information provided during the tour.
- Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure preparedness for all required observations.
