About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented Fitness Club Evaluator to assess the customer experience at various fitness clubs. This role involves evaluating customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
Location: Varies
Compensation: $40 with a $20 bonus (payment within 3 days of assignment acceptance)
Duration: Approximately 1 hour (includes in-person visit and evaluation)
Job Dates: Wednesday, December 10 - Wednesday, December 31
As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating both the exterior and interior cleanliness of the club, including workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Gathering information about membership options during your visit.
- Downloading the fitness app and applying for a day pass prior to the visit.
- Arriving dressed in workout attire (a workout is not required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
- Spending a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
- Assessing cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
- Verifying maintenance and workout equipment condition.
- Collecting membership information provided during the tour.
- Carefully reviewing all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure preparedness for all required observations.

- Failure to follow instructions will result in non-payment.
- Video surveillance may be used to verify activity.
