About This Role
The Grayscale Agency is seeking outgoing salespeople to join our team for 10-14 day long Costco Roadshow events. In this role, you will engage with Costco shoppers, showcase jewelry products, provide excellent customer service, and write orders.
Each Costco location will have two team members who will split a 125-hour schedule, with each person working 60-75 hours over the 10-14 day period. The events will take place from Thursday, December 11th, to Wednesday, December 24th.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Costco shoppers
- Showcasing products from a jewelry vendor
- Answering customer questions
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Writing orders
While not required to be available for all days, we can build the schedule around your availability. This is a W2 position and requires a background check, which will be provided.
