G of G Mystery Shopper Activation

G of G Inc. is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to perform customer experience evaluations for a popular quick-service food location in Keswick, ON.

Mystery Shoppers will be responsible for completing one or more types of evaluations:

• Delivery Evaluation: Place an order for delivery, assess the phone interaction, delivery experience, and product presentation. A short report and required photos must be submitted.
• Walk-In Evaluation: Visit the location and place an order in person. Evaluate store cleanliness, service, and product presentation. A short report and required photos must be submitted.

What you'll need:

• A friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail
• A smartphone with photo capabilities
• Ability to complete a simple Excel-based report
• Ability to clearly follow assignment instructions

Compensation: Shoppers will earn $20 per completed report. Purchase and reimbursement costs associated with each assignment are covered based on the evaluation type.
