Job Overview: Conduct an evaluation of customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance at an assigned service center location. This will occur while receiving a necessary oil change for your personal vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the Brand's website to assess their service offerings.
- Contact the location to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about oil change pricing.
- Visit the assigned location to receive the required oil change.
- Remain on-site for the duration of the oil change to evaluate staff professionalism, overall service quality, and cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms.
- Capture required photographs as per guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must own a car that genuinely requires an oil change.
- Rental cars, electric cars, and motorcycles are not permitted for this evaluation.
Special Notes:
