About This Role

27 East Avenue, Lewiston, Maine, 04240 Dates: Tuesday, December 2nd - Thursday, December 25th We are seeking a detail-oriented Fitness Club Evaluator to assess the customer experience at various fitness clubs. This role focuses on evaluating customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality. Compensation: $60 per evaluation (payment will be received 3 days after assignment acceptance). This evaluation assignment has an estimated duration of 1 hour, which includes both the in-person visit and the evaluation process. Key Responsibilities:
  • Must not be a current member of Planet Fitness.
  • Download the fitness app and apply for a day pass prior to the visit.
  • Arrive dressed in workout attire (a workout is NOT required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
  • Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the club.
  • Evaluate customer service interactions.
  • Assess both the exterior and interior cleanliness and organization of the club, including workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Verify the condition and maintenance of workout equipment.
  • Collect information regarding membership options provided during the tour.
  • Carefully review all guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure preparedness for all required observations.
Special Notes:
  • Guests are not permitted during the evaluation.
