Key Responsibilities:
- Attend designated events and perform audits at various points of sale as per provided instructions.
- Attempt to purchase alcohol, ensuring vendors check IDs and comply with serving limits.
- Input evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using a unique code provided for the task.
- Note details of employee appearance, including name, clothing, and other descriptive features.
- Capture clear photos of receipts for all purchases, including alcohol and transportation.
- Complete all required evaluations unless hindered by stand closures.
- Remain discreet during interactions and communicate any observed violations immediately to the General Manager.
- Obtain the General Manager's signature upon checkout for all completed evaluations.
- Be available for follow-up questions within 72 hours after the event.
Important Notes:
- The maximum allowable purchase for audits is $300, though this limit is seldom reached.
- Alcohol consumption before, during, or after the assignment is strictly prohibited.
- Personal guests and purchases beyond assignment requirements are not permitted.
- Adherence to instructions is critical; non-compliance may result in non-payment.
- Video surveillance may be utilized to verify auditor activities.
