HS Brands Alcohol Audit

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor for HS Brands, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, thoroughly documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale per provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages to verify vendor compliance with ID checks and serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code provided.
• Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and any other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts, including alcohol purchases and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Communicate immediately with the General Manager regarding any observed violations.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Special Notes:

• The maximum allowable purchase for an assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare.
• Consumption of alcohol before, during, or after assignments is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are not allowed.
• Failure to follow instructions will result in non-payment.
• Video surveillance may be used to verify auditor activity.
• A Driver's License is required for this position.
