HS Brands Alcohol Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor to join our team. This role is based at 275 Riverside Street, Lowell, Massachusetts, 01854. The project duration is from Wednesday, December 10th to Wednesday, December 31st.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility is to ensure concession staff adhere to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This involves conducting controlled test purchases, meticulously documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real-time to management. This position demands strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting.

The compensation for this role is $75 for every 5 stands audited, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking and rideshare expenses are reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt. Each audit is expected to take approximately 1-2 hours to complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events and conduct audits at various points of sale according to provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify if the vendor checks ID and adheres to serving limit standards.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes on employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Capture clear photographs of all receipts, including those for beer, parking, and transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless prevented by stand closures.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Remain available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours post-event.

Important Requirements:

• Must be between 21 and 28 years of age.
• A photo upload of your ID is mandatory.
• Maximum allowable purchase for the assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is uncommon.
• Strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol before, during, or after the assignment.
• Guests are not permitted, and personal purchases beyond assignment requirements are not allowed.
