HS Brands Alcohol Compliance Audit

HS Brands Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Auditor in Lowell, Massachusetts. This role offers $75 for 5 stands, with payment issued two weeks after successful project completion. Parking/rideshare is reimbursed up to $25 with a valid receipt.

This approximately 1-2 hour audit will take place between Wednesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 31. You must be between 21 – 28 years of age, and a photo upload of your ID is required.

As an Alcohol Compliance Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure concession staff are adhering to proper alcohol service policies, including ID verification and drink purchase limits. This role involves making controlled test purchases, documenting employee behavior and appearance, and reporting any violations in real time to management. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accurate reporting are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend the assigned event and conduct audits at various points of sale per provided instructions.
• Attempt to purchase beer to verify ID and serving limit compliance.
• Enter evaluation data into the Presto Shopper app using the unique Presto code.
• Record detailed notes of employee appearance, including name, clothing, race, height, and other descriptive features.
• Take clear photos of all receipts, including beer and parking/transportation.
• Complete all assigned evaluations unless stands are closed.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions.
• Immediately communicate any observed violations to the General Manager.
• Check out with the General Manager and obtain signature approval for all completed evaluations.
• Be available for follow-up questions for up to 72 hours after the event.

Please note: The maximum allowable purchase for this assignment is $300, though reaching this limit is rare. You must not consume alcohol before, during, or after the assignment, and personal purchases or bringing guests are not permitted beyond assignment requirements.
