About This Role

A+ Staffing is seeking dynamic and reliable Merchandising Teams to support category resets for a major global convenience store chain throughout Wisconsin. We are looking for experienced reset merchandisers who are organized, efficient, and excel in fast-paced retail environments. This is a W-2 position paying $21/hr, with weekly direct deposit. The project runs from January 12, 2026, to May 30, 2026. Work hours are Monday through Friday, flexible between 7 AM and 7 PM with early start times. Each store visit involves two shifts to complete two category resets, typically lasting 8–12 hours per day. This role involves working in a two-person team across multiple stores within a set territory in Wisconsin, with recurring visits. There is potential for full-time hours. Responsibilities include:
  • Completing planogram resets, including product placement, signage, adds/deletes, and tagging.
  • Executing planogram resets, updates, and revisions across assigned stores.
  • Re-merchandising end caps, feature areas, displays, and seasonal setups.
  • Installing, adjusting, or resetting beams, steel structures, shelves, and other store fixtures.
  • Ensuring all product sets and displays adhere to retailer and vendor standards.
  • Setting signage, labels, safety tags, and fixture components according to provided diagrams.
  • Communicating effectively with store leadership and team leads to confirm project requirements and completion.
  • Completing daily reporting, including before and after photos and task documentation.
  • Cleaning and prepping fixtures.
  • Inspecting and stocking product, ensuring items are not damaged or expired.
  • Remaining flexible to changing on-site needs.

  • Ability to commit to the full project schedule.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various store locations across Wisconsin.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
